The TMFN impact spanners are designed for safely tightening and loosening larger locknuts, especially after driving up a large bearing onto a tapered seating. Made of spheroidal graphite cast iron, they have a special impact surface allowing for optimum transmission of impact energy to the nut.

Lubrication (fluid)

Our mounting and dismounting fluids are recommended when using SKF hydraulic equipment such as hydraulic pumps, HMV nuts, oil injection equipment, among others. The one recommended fro dismtounting with the oil injection technique has a higher viscosity. The one with the lower viscosity is for more for mounting and general purpose applications. Be aware that environment temperatures might alter the choice of these oils.
